Objectives

In order to develop a coherent and consistent image, a clear objective and certain values are needed, which are then visualized in a comprehensible way by the various elements of the design. Thus, a development process begins with one or more workshops in which the basic objectives of the communication of a public organization such as a municipality or city are discussed, developed and defined. The following aspects are to be considered:

 

  • How can the administration's services be made visible?

  • How can the administration and its services be presented transparently?

  • How can the future potential of the city be communicated?

  • How can the dynamics and vitality of a city be presented?

  • How can the infrastructures and services be communicated in a sustainable way?

  • What are the current and future concerns of the city?

  • How can systems thinking streamline the city's communication?

  • How can the city's communication be efficiently organized?

  • What tools are needed to ensure successful information and communication?

 

Such topics, as well as other issues, will be analyzed and rationalized in this project. From this, concepts as well as tools will be elaborated that will enable the development and implementation of a stringent brand concept.
